The trouble shooting and eventual isolation of the problem was excellent. Now I know where to go to receive resolution of a part that's still under warranty at another facility.

I just want to say my family and I use Rainbow Muffler on Northfield Road in Maple Hts. all the time because of the great customer service and good work Mark and his staff provide us. Not one time did we have to go back to take our cars for work undone, whatever the problem was Mark made sure it was taken of as well as his workers. I always recommend people to go see him. Mark takes his time to explain things to you without rushing to get you out the door. Me, my wife and my son have used Rainbow muffler for years and have known Mark for several years. I called around to get a better price than the dealer gave me, talked to George and he was very courteous and tried to help me. I then took the car in to be checked . Again he helped me make the decision to use them.. The price was right and the workmanship was good. I will use them again and tell my friends about them. Theresa B
