The trouble shooting and eventual isolation of the problem was excellent. Now I know where to go to receive resolution of a part that's still under warranty at another facility.

I had the rear right shock mount replaced and the spring on the same side. The employees new what they were talking about. They got it done in a timely meaner and i was informed with what was happening with my car.

Your rep (Chris) told me what to expect (that the check engine light might return) and gave me clear instructions about how to address this with the dealer (I needed a software update). I was able to use the computer code, along with a notice issued by Nissan about this issue, both of which Chris provided, to get this taken care of at the dealer in a prompt and efficient manner. I had a box truck that they had done oil changes for in the past. This time I wanted my brakes checked out. However my truck was too heavy for their lifts, so they couldn't do that portion of the work. They offered me many suggestions about where I could take it to get the brakes done. Very impressed. Will continue to use for my cars and work that doesn't involve a lift for my truck.

I have nothing but lovely things to say about Simon's Automotive Service. I was in a bind as I am about to go on a road trip to CA in two days and needed my car to be ready. I called them and asked for a quote for a front wheel bearing 30 minutes before they closed, Steve got back to me very quickly even though he didn't reach his suppliers and told me the max price with dealer parts. We set an appointment for two days ahead and then the next day, he confirmed the total price with aftermarket parts and let me pay half over the phone. Brought my car in this morning with my tire pressure warning light on and they took care of that too. The car runs great and I'm very thankful that they were able to order the part so quickly and that they were able to fit me in before my road trip. I absolutely recommend working them. They gave fair prices, did great work, and went way beyond what I was hoping for. Thanks again! Courtney K.
