This service was incredible! The mechanic was timely, knowledgeable, and professional. I had my oil changed and break pads/rotors replaced without leaving my house... and for cheaper than your standard shops. My favorite part? I wasn't being upsold on air filters and fluids! Price and service was transparent. Definitely using Wrench again. Andy W.

They promised a free evaluation via a video on the Google page presented by the president of the company! They lied!! They charged me $200 to look at two simple concerns with the promise that IF they found the problem they would put the evaluation fee towards the repair. Another lie! Typical bait and switch move. Promise from three different employees. Well guess what? They couldn’t find anything wrong. So now I still have the issues with $200 less taken by this garage. I emailed them twice showing them the video clearly stating that the evaluation was promised as a complimentary inspection. They ghosted me and refuse to refund my money and refused to honor the video!! I wonder if they’ll take it down after this is submitted. I want a refund and I want the promise in the video by the president to be honored!!

These guys are very good. I moved into the neighborhood in 2016. My brakes went bad quick and I did not want to risk driving far. As a broke college student at the time, I was hesitant to get my car repaired at a gas station, but.... they were wonderful! Priced very competitively and quick! I went back when my ball joints went out, again, very competitively priced! My son inherited this car I speak of in 2018 and insists on using them from oil changes to repairs. Thanks guys for not breaking my bank over the last few years! Keep up the great work!

I got a flat on a Saturday morning on my way out of Cleveland and back to Rhode Island. The folks at Terrys took care of me and had me in a new set of tires and back on the road in 90 minutes. Very professional. Didn't try to sell me anything i didn't ask for. Informed me of anything they thought I should know about and had more than reasonable pricing. Excellent marks all around. The manager Richard here is a very kind man who filled all my tires with air at no charge while i waited in the sitting area. They were very busy but he still took the 10 minutes to help me out. I returned that evening to have him plug the tire for me, and they again fit me in when they were extremely busy. I will return here for all my services now.

Dropped the car off for a radio and speaker install took them over 5 hours, bring the car home and the front passenger door wouldn't unlock, took it back next day to get it fixed and to get the alarm installed dropped it off at noon didnt get the car back until after 7! Got the car home and the car would remote start but u could open the door and drive away with NO key! Parking lights wouldnt work a couple other probs as well. Took it back and it took another 8 hours to fix that. Waiting to see what else is wrong... Go elsewhere. Please. Ghetto run by hoodrats

I went in for 2 repairs. The first repair was done fine. The second repair, a grinding noise from the front ,was diagnosed as rubbing break pads and rotors. After the repairs were done the grinding noise was still there and they NOW said it was my wheel bearings. I was charged $240 for break pads and rotors and couldnt get the old parts back on, a discount, or it removed from my bill. And dont expect corporate Midas to help if contacted either. These people cant be trusted and I will never go back. I recommend to stay away from Midas.

Fraud Rebate Sales: This locations uses rebates as a tool to seel you tires but the rebates are rejected as they are not for the tires they sell you. Neither ntb credit or the store manager will credit my account even though through many and repeated attempts with calls and emails. The store manager took my credit card info to credit the account but has not done so. It has been 10 months with no resolution to this practice. Buyer Beware of shady selling practices with rebates at this location.
