We have used this mechanic shop a few times now. The mechanic is very honest and does great work. One vehicle we brought in, and he was unable to absolutely diagnose the problem or if the work he did would fix it, so he told us that straight up and discounted the charge for the diagnosis of the vehicle because he felt he had not properly served us. It was because of his honesty on that occasion that we returned to him.

Good service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Reasonable price. I found a place where small-town service has a meaning. You need to give this business a try. Timothy Lint

This service was incredible! The mechanic was timely, knowledgeable, and professional. I had my oil changed and break pads/rotors replaced without leaving my house... and for cheaper than your standard shops. My favorite part? I wasn't being upsold on air filters and fluids! Go to Rad Air to get your car work done. 8 years, 4 cars, multiple tires, emergencies and routine maintenance are why I confidently say to just go to Rad Air in Fairlawn. I've auditioned the competition because a backup plan is always good to have, usually. Each time, I use a competitor, I'm reminded why this business is successful. Dave and his team are quick, honest and go beyond what I expected. They have the technology repair the machine and help explain what's wrong. The completion time estimates are very reliable. Cold February and no heat create driving problems. Another garage insisted on multiple visits and "attempts" to repair the problem. As each bill came due - the message was clear. I worked nearby and coworkers suggested Rad Air for a solution. In one try they permanently and affordably repaired the problem. From the heat in the car to the gearbox on the engine - brakes, oil, wiper blades and ..yes, the loaner cars, all needs are met. Depending on how close you work - you may get a lift back to work with your road test. Being a passenger in your own car can make the process easier. I've been towed in and limped in. Each time feeling the relief knowing the solution was near. When I broke down in Cleveland I was relieved to see the Garfield Hts location nearby. They do things THE SAME WAY! I purchased a tire from Parrish Tires. Within 5 weeks of installation it developed a bulge in the sidewall. Despite me being told by the folks at both Firestone and discount tire that it's defective Parrish Tire refuses to stand behind the product. In fact they blamed it on me for hitting a pot hole. Only deal with this company if you have money to throw away.

BEWARE!!! They caused $1,100 worth of damage to my corvette!!! I filed a complaint with corporate and they still are trying to deny they did any damage so now I have to get my attorney involved and take them to court!!! Awful experience! I took my corvette here to get new tires put on. I supplied them with special lift pieces to avoid damage to the bottom of my car when it is lifted. They did Not use these pieces and ended up scratching, chipping, and gouging the rocker panels on both sides of the car. There are literally chunks of the fiber glass body missing. They claim the damage was already there yet I had looked under the car before taking it in and there was no damage. They claim they took photos once they saw the damage. The problem is the photos are of the car already on the lift in the air with the lug nuts sitting on the lift arm in plain sight- clearly after they already had done some work. Yet the damage is clearly visible even when you just kneel down next to the car - let alone position the lift arms - this damage would've been clearly visible and if I was the worker I would have taken pictures before the car was lifted. This location is a joke and I would avoid it at all costs! Especially if you have a car that you don't want to be damaged. Check out NTB or Goodyear!!

by Kevin 12/15/2011 Bad Attitude, Poor Service, and they almost killed me. 1. Bought 4 new tires. Not only did they put the wrong tires on, they tightened the lug nuts bolts too tight and 3 for the 5 snapped off the front right before I discovered the problem after just getting off the highway at speeds of 65 mph. They did repair the lug nuts bolts, but claims it was not their fault, that "someone else tightened them". No one had touched the tires after their work. 2. Bought another set of tires and had a front end alignment. Upon returning and complaining about the front end pulling to the left this taking one of their "tech" with me on a road test to show them what it was doing, they claimed it was "to the specks of the Chevy. One the next visit a week later. the "tech" claimed it was do to the crown in the road and not their work. It would pull to the left even when the road slanted higher to the left, not to mention he passed huge amount of gas in my truck , as a F--- You, before handing me my keys back to drive away. It still pulled to the left. I had to take it to the dealer to get it alined. When speaking to the owner, he claims their work is fine and that we should not do any more business. I said "Happy NOT to do business with a shop that I have had nothing but problems with".

I took my car there to have it diagnosed. The car was startable and I drove it there they put a skin on it called me said it was ignition module wanted to charge me $500 I told them I would bring it home and fix it myself but when I went to get the car that night it wouldn't even fire and they charged me $110 to tell me it was ignition module which it wasn't that did not fix the problem when I put a new one on so they charged me $110 for nothing and cost me a total charge I would not recommend them to anybody
