Tires
BEWARE!!! They caused $1,100 worth of damage to my corvette!!! I filed a complaint with corporate and they still are trying to deny they did any damage so now I have to get my attorney involved and take them to court!!! Awful experience! I took my corvette here to get new tires put on. I supplied them with special lift pieces to avoid damage to the bottom of my car when it is lifted. They did Not use these pieces and ended up scratching, chipping, and gouging the rocker panels on both sides of the car. There are literally chunks of the fiber glass body missing. They claim the damage was already there yet I had looked under the car before taking it in and there was no damage. They claim they took photos once they saw the damage. The problem is the photos are of the car already on the lift in the air with the lug nuts sitting on the lift arm in plain sight- clearly after they already had done some work. Yet the damage is clearly visible even when you just kneel down next to the car - let alone position the lift arms - this damage would've been clearly visible and if I was the worker I would have taken pictures before the car was lifted. This location is a joke and I would avoid it at all costs! Especially if you have a car that you don't want to be damaged. Check out NTB or Goodyear!!

Oil change
Awful. First, they wouldn't honor my coupon (even though they initially said tgry would) because of the kind of oil my car needs. They put too much oil in my car- 5 quarts instead of just under 4, and there is a metal piece underneath my car to guard the engine- it looks like the piece was stepped on. It's all bent up and very challenging to get on and off. I'll go to the dealership every time from now on. I'd heard great reviews and I don't believe any of them. They may have some quality workers but I clearly didn't get one of them.
