His service is great, he stays in touch with you every step of the way and will answer any questions or concerns you might have. He also worked with me so I could pay for the repairs - both cv joints and a ball joint. I highly recommend Brian's Automotive. Told pump seals needed replaced and some other seals. I requested a speedometer gear change since I had rear end gears put in. Transmission still leaks out of rear. I was given a sleeve to put in the yoke for me to install myself. No offer to fix it after I was charged $600.00. Futhermore after recently changing my transmission crossmember for a dual exhaust , I see no evidence that the transmission was ever removed. Pretty much impossible to fix pump seals without removing the transmission. Furthermore my speedometer quits working when it reaches a certain speed and is still off by 10 mph.I also see no evidence of the “speedometer adapter he supposedly installed.

I inherited a vehicle and wanted to see if it was worth fixing. In a nutshell, they took a month to do the repairs, charged me 500$ over the estimate, and did not change the tires or oil as the quote stated. Then I immediately took it for a second opinion and they said the engine was shot. I totally wasted over 2500$ because this mechanic didnt take the time to properly diagnose the vehicle.

The trouble shooting and eventual isolation of the problem was excellent. Now I know where to go to receive resolution of a part that's still under warranty at another facility.

I have always had excellent service form C&T. They are on time and competitive is costs. There is a reason they have been around so long.

These guys are very good. I moved into the neighborhood in 2016. My brakes went bad quick and I did not want to risk driving far. As a broke college student at the time, I was hesitant to get my car repaired at a gas station, but.... they were wonderful! Priced very competitively and quick! I went back when my ball joints went out, again, very competitively priced! My son inherited this car I speak of in 2018 and insists on using them from oil changes to repairs. Thanks guys for not breaking my bank over the last few years! Keep up the great work!

As I'm sure most people have taken their vehicles to a shop to have a repair performed only to find it wasn't fixed properly, or was charged too much etc. And then the next time you have a problem you take it to another repair shop and so on. It was wonderful to have Mike and Suburban Car & Truck referred to me. We have been using Suburban for 7 years now, sending our 5 family cars and our 4 business "fleet" vehicles. How great is it to be able to comfortably be able to send my wife, son and daughters directly to Suburban and know that they will be treated respectfully, honestly and fairly.
