This service was incredible! The mechanic was timely, knowledgeable, and professional. I had my oil changed and break pads/rotors replaced without leaving my house... and for cheaper than your standard shops. My favorite part? I wasn't being upsold on air filters and fluids! Jonny is Rick' s nephew who runs the shop now and he can do anything! $150 for rear gear set up, but you have to bring in the whole axle. Engine work is their primary trade and I see his crew working hard every time I'm there. They are a good humored bunch of guys too.

Went to Firestone, had their 'Lifetime Alignment' (BS), wanted to get my van aligned they wanted over $400 for misc front end repairs, I checked everything in my garage (I can't do computer alignments) I then took my van to Certified where they also inspected everything and had the alignment done in 45min. Firestone wanted to make some $, they didn't know I've worked on my own for over 30yrs, Certified did not try to stick me with a bill, they did the work and my fuel economy more than doubled. They are honest

I called around to get a better price than the dealer gave me, talked to George and he was very courteous and tried to help me. I then took the car in to be checked . Again he helped me make the decision to use them.. The price was right and the workmanship was good. I will use them again and tell my friends about them. Theresa B

They were fantastic, so very honest. My daughter took her car here because she was hearing a grinding noise and they called her to tell her she needed a new assembly hub but her previous one was still under warranty through the North Olmsted location. They replaced the hub, axel and ABS sensor which were damaged from the faulty hub. They also advised she had an extensive leak in her oil pan and she explained she had seen a lot of oil leaking recently. I, the mother, was so impressed that they didn't try to take advantage of her. She and I as well as her father now have a new mechanic, Todd Bamm. Thank you for being honest and fair.
