Tom explains what the problem is and gives you advice and various solutions to fix the problem. He has NEVER charged more than he quoted and is usually a little bit less than the quote. All Speed Innovations aka Sigma Six Engineering is ran by a wanna be engineer named Pat Smith. Pat uses customer cars as his personal cars while in for service. They charged me for a alignment and the alignment wasn't done. They also took it to a alignment shop without my permission. When they installed plastic TGV deletes they connected a ground wire to them. Pat couldn't figure out how to connect his laptop to my car and disable the TGVs, I did this myself after reading how to do it on the Internet. They also built a cage for a customer and ruined the customers car. Everyone should stay away from this shop or anything related to what Pat Smith does.

I must say that I've never dealt with a repair shop that has been totally helpful and honest, until now. Jeff is a real stand up guy. If you need great car service this is the place.

My experience was AMAZING with Evan's. They are professional and so prompt. They got me right in and gave me continuous updates. Also, they seem very affordable, I have been ripped off by my dealership before and I trust these guys. Evan himself even shuttled me back to work, which was so nice not having to ask someone or worry. I am from out of town and now have a go-to car shop! I would highly recommend them :)
