I got a flat on a Saturday morning on my way out of Cleveland and back to Rhode Island. The folks at Terrys took care of me and had me in a new set of tires and back on the road in 90 minutes. Very professional. Didn't try to sell me anything i didn't ask for. Informed me of anything they thought I should know about and had more than reasonable pricing. Excellent marks all around. I took my car there to have it diagnosed. The car was startable and I drove it there they put a skin on it called me said it was ignition module wanted to charge me $500 I told them I would bring it home and fix it myself but when I went to get the car that night it wouldn't even fire and they charged me $110 to tell me it was ignition module which it wasn't that did not fix the problem when I put a new one on so they charged me $110 for nothing and cost me a total charge I would not recommend them to anybody

Very quick service and very reasonable.

The trouble shooting and eventual isolation of the problem was excellent. Now I know where to go to receive resolution of a part that's still under warranty at another facility.
