We have used this mechanic shop a few times now. The mechanic is very honest and does great work. One vehicle we brought in, and he was unable to absolutely diagnose the problem or if the work he did would fix it, so he told us that straight up and discounted the charge for the diagnosis of the vehicle because he felt he had not properly served us. It was because of his honesty on that occasion that we returned to him.

Dave and his team are quick, honest and go beyond what I expected. They have the technology repair the machine and help explain what's wrong. The completion time estimates are very reliable. Cold February and no heat create driving problems. Another garage insisted on multiple visits and "attempts" to repair the problem. As each bill came due - the message was clear. I worked nearby and coworkers suggested Rad Air for a solution. In one try they permanently and affordably repaired the problem. From the heat in the car to the gearbox on the engine - brakes, oil, wiper blades and ..yes, the loaner cars, all needs are met. Depending on how close you work - you may get a lift back to work with your road test. Being a passenger in your own car can make the process easier. I've been towed in and limped in. These guys are very good. I moved into the neighborhood in 2016. My brakes went bad quick and I did not want to risk driving far. As a broke college student at the time, I was hesitant to get my car repaired at a gas station, but.... they were wonderful! Priced very competitively and quick! I went back when my ball joints went out, again, very competitively priced! My son inherited this car I speak of in 2018 and insists on using them from oil changes to repairs. I took my car there to have it diagnosed. The car was startable and I drove it there they put a skin on it called me said it was ignition module wanted to charge me $500 I told them I would bring it home and fix it myself but when I went to get the car that night it wouldn't even fire and they charged me $110 to tell me it was ignition module which it wasn't that did not fix the problem when I put a new one on so they charged me $110 for nothing and cost me a total charge I would not recommend them to anybody

The trouble shooting and eventual isolation of the problem was excellent. Now I know where to go to receive resolution of a part that's still under warranty at another facility.
