I went in for 2 repairs. The first repair was done fine. The second repair, a grinding noise from the front ,was diagnosed as rubbing break pads and rotors. After the repairs were done the grinding noise was still there and they NOW said it was my wheel bearings. I was charged $240 for break pads and rotors and couldnt get the old parts back on, a discount, or it removed from my bill. And dont expect corporate Midas to help if contacted either. These people cant be trusted and I will never go back. I recommend to stay away from Midas.

Bubba’s is a SCAM and they prey upon vulnerable seniors and women. My 67 year old mother took her car for diagnostic tests and to have an evaluation. They provided NO paperwork but told her that the problem was the catalytic converter. She paid $450+ to have it repaired. As soon as she drove off, there was a terrible sound and horrible fumes that were not previously present. She immediately returned the vehicle and they told her that she had to pay $800-$1000 to repair an issue with her rear end that was not an issue during her initial assessment. The new problem that occurred is parallel to the recent repair and was no coincidence according to multiple mechanics. They directed her to not even drive on the highway which she had done for YEARS prior to bringing her vehicle to them. When I called on her behalf, I was given the run around and after catching them in numerous, obviously misleading statements, I was forced to pursue other avenues. The only solution the manager James offered was for me to get proof from another dealership that they were the direct cause. This is ludicrous. I plan to pursue this unethical, illegal, conduct to the fullest extent of the law! BEWARE of this place and take your vehicle elsewhere! Please contact The Ohio Attorney General, City of Bedford Department of Commerce, Better Business Bureau, and every investigative reporter and social media outlet if you have had a similar experience. I certainly plan too. At minimum, they should’ve issued a refund. They also did not return her original parts. Enough is enough! This is SAD and beyond unacceptable. SHAME ON YOU BUBBA’S!!!!!!!!

I just want to say my family and I use Rainbow Muffler on Northfield Road in Maple Hts. all the time because of the great customer service and good work Mark and his staff provide us. Not one time did we have to go back to take our cars for work undone, whatever the problem was Mark made sure it was taken of as well as his workers. I always recommend people to go see him. Mark takes his time to explain things to you without rushing to get you out the door. Me, my wife and my son have used Rainbow muffler for years and have known Mark for several years. I bought a Toyota 4Runner in 2016 from Georgia and purchased an extended service plan for $2600. This plan was to include free maintenance for a certain amount of miles or years. After one year of owning the vehicle, I moved to Ohio were I began having it serviced at Don Joseph Toyota. My new career is in construction and my vehicle is primarily used for work. 5 days a week, I drive on dusty, and muddy roads. To uphold the warranty, a Toyota maintenance log must be followed and stamped by the dealership. Each service visit I asked for the additional maintenance as outlined in the book for my driving conditions. The service advisors checked off that the maintenance was done and stamped my log book. After 2 visits, I noticed that the work order invoice did not match the log book. I was assured that everything that was in the book was completed even though it was not on the invoice. On 3/10/2020, I took my car in for the 60k service. Part of the service per the maintenance log and my request, the cabin air filter was suppose to be replaced, the propeller shaft was suppose to be greased and torqued. My tires were suppose to be rotated. I paid $122 after a coupon, for the 60 mile service to find out all I received was an oil change. I took my vehicle back after finding my old dirty cabin air filter still in my glove compartment. They gave me a new one. I took my vehicle home and put it up on a lift, and noticed there was no grease, not even old grease on my 6 grease points on the drive shaft. My fluids weren't topped off and my tires not rotated. I took my car back a 3rd time after speaking to the service manager Nick. I spoke to him about how the invoices never match my log book and the new girl advisor in the front told me, if the item is not on the invoice, the service was not done. After looking at my vehicle and speaking to the tech who serviced my vehicle. He kindly offered me a refund and apology. I noticed when I got home, that the fluids still were not topped off, and tires not rotated. I then reached out to Jess Joseph the GM. She never responded. I called Toyota corporate and filed a complaint with them. She finally contacted me via email, and apologized. I wanted a resolution for the fact FOR TWO YEARS, THEY HAVE NOT PERFORMED THE SERVICES I ASKED FOR AND PAID FOR. I showed her proof of my work/service invoices and copies of my log book that her advisors stamped that the work was performed and completed. She was not the nicest person after I left a one star review on Google. My car was suppose to have special maintenance done for 2 years. They lied and neglected to uphold a extended MAINTENANCE PLAN I PAID FOR.

These guys are very good. I moved into the neighborhood in 2016. My brakes went bad quick and I did not want to risk driving far. As a broke college student at the time, I was hesitant to get my car repaired at a gas station, but.... they were wonderful! Priced very competitively and quick! I went back when my ball joints went out, again, very competitively priced! My son inherited this car I speak of in 2018 and insists on using them from oil changes to repairs. Thanks guys for not breaking my bank over the last few years! Keep up the great work!
