Smart service near Mentor, OH

They promised a free evaluation via a video on the Google page presented by the president of the company! They lied!! They charged me $200 to look at two simple concerns with the promise that IF they found the problem they would put the evaluation fee towards the repair. Another lie! Typical bait and switch move. Promise from three different employees. Well guess what? They couldn’t find anything wrong. So now I still have the issues with $200 less taken by this garage. I emailed them twice showing them the video clearly stating that the evaluation was promised as a complimentary inspection. They ghosted me and refuse to refund my money and refused to honor the video!! I wonder if they’ll take it down after this is submitted. I want a refund and I want the promise in the video by the president to be honored!!

This service was incredible! The mechanic was timely, knowledgeable, and professional. I had my oil changed and break pads/rotors replaced without leaving my house... and for cheaper than your standard shops. My favorite part? I wasn't being upsold on air filters and fluids! The trouble shooting and eventual isolation of the problem was excellent. Now I know where to go to receive resolution of a part that's still under warranty at another facility.

Owner is very unprofessional. The chemicals they used in my truck changed it from black to blue called the owner to figure out a solution and nothing had been done . He has since blocked me and on social media as well. Till I gave an honest review to a person on his work ethic and he has since than threatened me with physical harm and also lawsuits of slander. This is just a review of my experience with him please chose wisely . Since than we have found he goes as an alias name due to how many felony charges he has his real name is johnathan r Leonard
