We have used this mechanic shop a few times now. The mechanic is very honest and does great work. One vehicle we brought in, and he was unable to absolutely diagnose the problem or if the work he did would fix it, so he told us that straight up and discounted the charge for the diagnosis of the vehicle because he felt he had not properly served us. It was because of his honesty on that occasion that we returned to him.

Left vehicle there to perform simple repairs to do and written down too. 5-working days later after calling, and them saying they are getting right on it. I finally had wife call 5 days later to pick up done or just pick up undone. It was picked up undone. Seemed like OK people but what a way to waste my time.
