I took my car to this place about a month ago for a check engine light... read more I took my car to this place about a month ago for a check engine light and by the way they were my mechanic though I could have done it my self with obd but I thought they were my mechanic so just get a estimate long story short they made a estimate of $2400 which was to much for my old Ford Escape so I said let me think about it “guess what” they said l have to fix my car or pay $60 for diagnostic which it says on the diagnostic sheet that they provided me was $00. What a bunch of crooks.

I have had met other people within his profession and decided there firm was a class act barring NONE . Upon having my vehicle repaired.I was informed of the repairs that would be needed as well as the cost of the repairs.They were up front. As well as thorough thru out the repairs. Upon the repairs they were more than honest on the time they had spent to perform the repairs. After having my vehicle for two days S & J Auto repaired and charged m... read more After having my vehicle for two days S & J Auto repaired and charged me ($130 over the original quote) for an unrelated problem because as I was driving away from their shop the exact same issue persisted. I returned the very next day and within 5 minutes they said oh, it's this problem and wanted to charge me again for something else. When I tried to compromise by agreeing to pay for the part if they waived the labor, they refused. Not only is the quality of their work poor, so is their quality assurance and customer relations. (The reason one star was selected was because this site forced me to pick one.)
