I finally had wife call 5 days later to pick up done or just pick up undone. It was picked up undone. Seemed like OK people but what a way to waste my time. by Kevin 12/15/2011 Bad Attitude, Poor Service, and they almost killed me. 1. Bought 4 new tires. Not only did they put the wrong tires on, they tightened the lug nuts bolts too tight and 3 for the 5 snapped off the front right before I discovered the problem after just getting off the highway at speeds of 65 mph. They did repair the lug nuts bolts, but claims it was not their fault, that "someone else tightened them". No one had touched the tires after their work. 2. Bought another set of tires and had a front end alignment. Upon returning and complaining about the front end pulling to the left this taking one of their "tech" with me on a road test to show them what it was doing, they claimed it was "to the specks of the Chevy. One the next visit a week later. the "tech" claimed it was do to the crown in the road and not their work. It would pull to the left even when the road slanted higher to the left, not to mention he passed huge amount of gas in my truck , as a F--- You, before handing me my keys back to drive away. It still pulled to the left. I had to take it to the dealer to get it alined. When speaking to the owner, he claims their work is fine and that we should not do any more business. I said "Happy NOT to do business with a shop that I have had nothing but problems with".

Suppliers sent 2 wrong parts, but they got it done in one day for fair labor cost.

Worst mechanic ever! Lies and treats women like they are idiots! Told me he did not need me to tell him what was wrong with my car because he could diagnose the same as a doctor diagnoses his patient. Well I don't know about you but if I go in to see my doctor he asked me why I am there. Brakes were making a grinding noise when applied, not loud but wanted it fixed. Also the lever for the emergency brake would not budge. When I picked up the car he told me that due to cold weather the brake pans had some rust and he polished them. As for the emergency brake he said "I fixed it so that the lever goes up and down." That is all he did, you can drive my car with the emergency brake lever completely engaged. Don't waste your time or money with Auto Remedy. Find someone else.
