Went to Firestone, had their 'Lifetime Alignment' (BS), wanted to get my van aligned they wanted over $400 for misc front end repairs, I checked everything in my garage (I can't do computer alignments) I then took my van to Certified where they also inspected everything and had the alignment done in 45min. Firestone wanted to make some $, they didn't know I've worked on my own for over 30yrs, Certified did not try to stick me with a bill, they did the work and my fuel economy more than doubled. Jonny is Rick' s nephew who runs the shop now and he can do anything! $150 for rear gear set up, but you have to bring in the whole axle. Engine work is their primary trade and I see his crew working hard every time I'm there. They are a good humored bunch of guys too.
