on 7/12/2016 I took delivery of a zodiac 300 trike from megamotors in California. on, or about aug 17 I had occasion to take it to mets dune buggy, and cycle center because I had a weld break in my muffler. at this time I was dealing with a gentleman named josh whom I had dealt with in the past because they worked on another scooter that I use to own. we had always had a good relationship until this occasion. when he came out to look over the problem, I told him that if he needed any parts to let me know because as it was a brand new purchase, that I could get the people I bought it off of to send me a new part as long as I sent them a picture of the defected part. he then assured me as in the past that he would take care of me, so I left it there. I paid over 4000.00 dollars for this trike, and it's the only one here where I live, and had been admired by everyone who seen it. mets completely destroyed the look of it. when I returned to pick it up, as I walked up on it I could see something hanging from the bottom of it. I got down on the ground to look up under it, and was flabbergasted to see that instead of welding the muffler back together, he had completely modified the muffler system without my permission. to the point that you could see it from the side. that's how low the muffler hung down. I told him I was not satisfied, and very angry that he would change my trike like that. he said give him a chance to make it right so I did. I told him that I didn't want to see anything hanging, and to put it back like it was when I brought it in to them. when I came to pick it up the 2nd time there was no change really. I can't even go across railroad tracks now because of how low it sits now. they destroyed a brand new trike. it also lost it's original power because they changed the original flow of the exhaust.
