These guys are great, very pleasant and helpful, they walked me through what was going on with my car in terms I could understand.They do good work, fast and stand behind their work! Defiantly recommend them!

Earlier today Progressive dispatched Dragon Towing to pick up my disabled vehicle and take it to a specified location. I find out 5 hours later from my sister my car was a mere .2 miles down the road, unlocked, left w/ the keys in the ignition!! NO ONE called to inform me. Dragon Towing just abandoned it due to apparently breaking down themselves. Unknown since no one can get them to answer the phone.

BEWARE!!! They caused $1,100 worth of damage to my corvette!!! I filed a complaint with corporate and they still are trying to deny they did any damage so now I have to get my attorney involved and take them to court!!! Awful experience! I took my corvette here to get new tires put on. I supplied them with special lift pieces to avoid damage to the bottom of my car when it is lifted. They did Not use these pieces and ended up scratching, chipping, and gouging the rocker panels on both sides of the car. There are literally chunks of the fiber glass body missing. They claim the damage was already there yet I had looked under the car before taking it in and there was no damage. They claim they took photos once they saw the damage. The problem is the photos are of the car already on the lift in the air with the lug nuts sitting on the lift arm in plain sight- clearly after they already had done some work. Yet the damage is clearly visible even when you just kneel down next to the car - let alone position the lift arms - this damage would've been clearly visible and if I was the worker I would have taken pictures before the car was lifted. This location is a joke and I would avoid it at all costs! Especially if you have a car that you don't want to be damaged. Check out NTB or Goodyear!!

These guys are very good. I moved into the neighborhood in 2016. My brakes went bad quick and I did not want to risk driving far. As a broke college student at the time, I was hesitant to get my car repaired at a gas station, but.... they were wonderful! Priced very competitively and quick! I went back when my ball joints went out, again, very competitively priced! My son inherited this car I speak of in 2018 and insists on using them from oil changes to repairs. Thanks guys for not breaking my bank over the last few years! Keep up the great work!

I got a flat on a Saturday morning on my way out of Cleveland and back to Rhode Island. The folks at Terrys took care of me and had me in a new set of tires and back on the road in 90 minutes. Very professional. Didn't try to sell me anything i didn't ask for. Informed me of anything they thought I should know about and had more than reasonable pricing. Excellent marks all around. The waiting time passes quickly with other customers and Danielle contributing to the conversation...for a few minutes, it's like you have just met up with some friends. vehicle purchased from them 4 years ago balance was paid. they come back 4 years after car paid steal with tow truck and say there was a $200 and some dollar balance not one phone call or invoice knock at door nothing for 4years!!at this address for 30 years. no letter no phone call. avoid doing business with this group!!
