After a horrible experience at Jackie Cooper BMW, I ended up going to Executive Garage to get my spark plugs and engine coils replaced. These guys were very friendly and my experience here was fantastic. They even fixed my car for a fraction of the price Jackie Cooper quoted me for. I had an old hybrid from 2005, and the high-voltage battery was going bad. I took it to a dealership, first, but they could not replace the battery because it was no longer being manufactured. After calling a few mechanics, Innovative Auto was the only one willing to look at putting in an aftermarket battery. They did the research and got me a quote. The parts, alone, were a bit above my price range, so I decided not to move forward with it. When I picked up the car, they did not charge me. The office was clean, the staff addressed me by last name, and everyone was very nice. If it was a bit closer to home, this would be my main mechanic, now.

Bert handled my service request from start to finish. He kept me updated, was very professional and knowledgeable. The service was, as always, clearly explained, committed price and delivered as committed. It is so nice to trust and not be disappointed.
