First time using your shop and it was a great experience. I like coming to a shop where I can trust what the mechanics say is wrong with my car then not charge me an arm and a leg. Will be back!

I called and spoke with Jason regarding an issue with my thermostat on my 2004 Ford Diesel pickup. He told me they should be able to get the issue resolved in the time frame I needed it done. They were able to get the work done and truck returned in the time frame I asked for. Have been very happy with the work I have had done on both my vehicles.

My 2007 BMW 3 series failed to start on me during a quick errand. Three attempts to jump start the car were unsuccessful, so everyone thought it was the starter including me (an $800+ repair, and believe me, that would have been worth it. The starter replacement process is quite involved on my car). However, Brandon and his team got to the root of the real problem, the battery, and got me back on the road for $250. To compare, I had my battery replaced by the dealership when I was living in Dallas a few years ago, and the tow alone was $289. The battery replacement was like another $550. Long story short, they could have milked me for more money and I would have been none the wiser, but they didn't. Brotherhood has made a customer for life of me.
