Quickly diagnosed probable inverter/ converter problem. And crack in water heater tank. Said they (water heater tank) was about $400 but then came back with a hard quote of $689. I found same model and serial for $439, but he wouldn’t go for it . Quoted me under $1000 probably “but no more than “$1100””. After multiple trips home because of not having basic tools or parts I was overcharged. Billed 6 hours for 2 hours work labor and had to endure listening to his life story. Get that , billed to have him talk instead of working . Paid the $1300. But would never use him again. Was going to overcharge for the inverter converter and labor I am sure.

Very friendly and courteous. I was short on cash but needed to get my car fixed so I wouldnt lose my job. Branden asked me what I could afford and agreed to fix it for a much lower price. This is a family run business and they are honest good people. Fait Dunn
