I had an old hybrid from 2005, and the high-voltage battery was going bad. I took it to a dealership, first, but they could not replace the battery because it was no longer being manufactured. After calling a few mechanics, Innovative Auto was the only one willing to look at putting in an aftermarket battery. They did the research and got me a quote. The parts, alone, were a bit above my price range, so I decided not to move forward with it. When I picked up the car, they did not charge me. The office was clean, the staff addressed me by last name, and everyone was very nice. If it was a bit closer to home, this would be my main mechanic, now.

I would give them a negative zero, but I cannot. their service is overpriced, at best, and cannot get the job done correctly. they charged me over $200.00 in install fees, and bypass modulators, only to have my alarm go off everytime I got in my vechicle! they also didn't wire my memory correctly! I had to manually put my seetings/time in constantly. I will never ever do business with them again. And I strongly recommend you all do the same.
