They realized it was just the hose. They treated her like any other customer and not as a child. She left feeling safe and secure. I safely made it home and contacted Jeff, owner of Clutch and Brake Docs. Jeff was able to get me in as soon as I got my vehicle there. 3 hrs later the "Clutch and Brake Docs" had repaired 4 bad brake lines, brake calipers and change oil in my vehicle. He just did a tune up and transmission service on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Everything he has done for me has been professional and the price, in most cases, is less than other garages. I am very impressed with Wade Yashimura, his new mechanic. Very intelligent young man and very thorough. He found things on my BMW that other mechanics had missed. My Jeep has 140K miles and it purrs like a kitten since he worked on it. I won't be using anyone but Mel's to do my auto repairs.
