12_12_2011: NO STARS!!!!!! Worst place ever, do not take your vehicle there. Charged me 91 dollars to tell me my Transmission was whining (really I can hear that already) and that my oil needs to be changed (isn't that what my sticker from Jiffy lube says in my window) Then when I try reason with them they tell me there going to keep my vehicle until I pay and as soon as I pay the 91 bucks they told me to go F myself. Never will deal with this place ever ever again. Please for the love of God do not take your car there, its a freaking SCAM!!!!! the 10% discount doesn't even work they factor that into the cost already and just charge more. 91 bucks to tell me what I told them I needed fixed. Worst service ever...... NO STARS (I had to put at least a 1 star just to submit this but I wouldn't have even put that down if this would let me)

From the standpoint of mechanical skill and expertise Doug has always provided great service. Additionally, and perhaps more importantly, he has always dealt fairly with me when there were differences re: the final cost of a job. Very professional and friendly group of guys. I brought my car in for an A/C evac/recharge but the old compressor was leaking badly, so they couldn't proceed. They didn't charge me for any of the work up to that point and were happy to revisit it after I replaced the compressor (I had a spare). The spare compressor ended up needing the clutch from the failed unit, which again they were happy to tackle. They worked late to finish it up and the final bill was very reasonable for the amount of work and number of back and forth sessions. They're also happy to provide rides to and from the shop.
