I needed a mirror replacement on my 2015 GTI S. I was told that Prestige would call me with an estimate. Three weeks passed. Finally, Prestige called. We set an appointment. Their work was excellent. Prestige preformed an inspection of my vehicle. This was much appreciated. However, the inspection came in the form of an email. I never saw the email until after I returned home from their shop. The email stated that the inspection found several other issues. The inspection said the "customer declined". When I picked up my car, nothing was said to me about the additional issues. I have a problem with this method. It makes no sense.

Finally a honest and straight forward Auto Service Shop! I would highly recommend Elite Auto Service.

From the standpoint of mechanical skill and expertise Doug has always provided great service. Additionally, and perhaps more importantly, he has always dealt fairly with me when there were differences re: the final cost of a job.
