Replaced Passenger Mirror
I needed a mirror replacement on my 2015 GTI S. I was told that Prestige would call me with an estimate. Three weeks passed. Finally, Prestige called. We set an appointment. Their work was excellent. Prestige preformed an inspection of my vehicle. This was much appreciated. However, the inspection came in the form of an email. I never saw the email until after I returned home from their shop. The email stated that the inspection found several other issues. The inspection said the "customer declined". When I picked up my car, nothing was said to me about the additional issues. I have a problem with this method. It makes no sense.

General maintenance
Prestige is EXCELLENT!! They have been servicing my car for years, and know EVERYTHING about foreign cars. Their staff is ALWAYS courteous, kind, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend them to you!!!!!

G-Wagon Axle/Radiator/AC replacement
I was 3000 miles from home when the axle broke. Had it towed to Prestige in Salem. For less than a third of Mercedes estimated price for an axle alone they inspected, sourced replacement parts, replaced the front axle and other parts in need of work before finishing the next 5000 miles of the trip. They were very VERY knowledgeable and kept me informed. I actually didn’t get to meet them until I flew back to pick up the truck. They were very nice. I recommend them with no reservations. Ben
