Mufflers repair service near Lebanon, OR

I needed a mirror replacement on my 2015 GTI S. I was told that Prestige would call me with an estimate. Three weeks passed. Finally, Prestige called. We set an appointment. Their work was excellent. Prestige preformed an inspection of my vehicle. This was much appreciated. However, the inspection came in the form of an email. I never saw the email until after I returned home from their shop. The email stated that the inspection found several other issues. The inspection said the "customer declined". When I picked up my car, nothing was said to me about the additional issues. I have a problem with this method. It makes no sense.

Great service, they do the best to get you a great deal. They don't pressure you to buy a car like other dealers might. They want you to be comfortable and happy with your purchase.. From the standpoint of mechanical skill and expertise Doug has always provided great service. Additionally, and perhaps more importantly, he has always dealt fairly with me when there were differences re: the final cost of a job. Very professional and friendly group of guys. I brought my car in for an A/C evac/recharge but the old compressor was leaking badly, so they couldn't proceed. They didn't charge me for any of the work up to that point and were happy to revisit it after I replaced the compressor (I had a spare). The spare compressor ended up needing the clutch from the failed unit, which again they were happy to tackle. They worked late to finish it up and the final bill was very reasonable for the amount of work and number of back and forth sessions. They're also happy to provide rides to and from the shop.

Great Service, Nice facility. Thought my car was in a Salon. 1st impression was like, WOW! Followed through to the end. Happy customer.
