Heard about Tommy's from another shop (that doesn't do transmission work). Tommy himself is great, very quick to respond and upfront about everything. Got me in and done quick. The thing that stood out to me was this: I had a transmission service and transfer case service. When I got back to pick up my truck, Tommy said that the fluid in my transfer case was black... really bad. He had (without telling me or upselling) flushed my transfer case twice to make sure all the nasty fluid was out.
