DO NOT GO HERE!!!Took my vehicle in because my heater wasn't working. They fixed that, they fixed the water pump(stating that they took apart the motor and fixed that)...when we picked it up Bob did tell us that he drove our vehicle (he charged us for fuel to fill it up) to make sure everything worked. (Sounds like something they would do)We drove it straight home after the repair shop. We were going to take it to go shopping and it was a hot day so we turned it on to cool it down as we have a child. HOWEVER Now the issue was the Ac wasnt working (which it was working perfectly fine before we took it to 808) we took it back, Bob stated the ac refrigerant was empty.... (how!!??? we didnt drive it anywhere it was parked after we got it...)They filled it up. Took it straight home again. After parking it we noticed that there was a puddle underneath the car... Called 808 back, on the phone call Bob stated the exact words" maybe she drove it around and got a rock stuck in the radiator... gee that was very specific." We havent driven it other then to the repair shop and back. There are no gravel roads on the way to or from the repair shop and our property... Took it back to 808,who now states there is infact a rock and a crack... THATS VERY SPECIFIC TO THE WORDS HE STATED OF WHAT IT MAY BE and that I had done...VERY CONVINIENT.(Thinking back when he did state he drove it around to make sure the heater worked) Now it's another 1300 to fix the Ac ontop of the 2500 we already paid for the heater not working. THEY BROKE OUR AC AND NOW WE NEED TO PAY FOR IT TO BE FIXED!!!!!!!! THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT AND SHOULD BE CLOSED. THEY CREATE A PROBLEM SO YOU KEEP COMING BACK TO THEM. NOT THE FIRST CUSTOMERS THAT THIS HAPPENED TO AND IT WONT BE THE LAST. I'f you want your vehicle to be fixed don't take it here. We were long time customers, after this we will never recommend and will be telling everyone to avoid.

Our 16 year old daughter brought her Ford Escape in because the power steering went out. They realized it was just the hose. They treated her like any other customer and not as a child. She left feeling safe and secure. About a week later it started doing it again, they found the problem and fixed it right away for her at no additional charge. Eli is a joy to work with. 12_12_2011: NO STARS!!!!!! Worst place ever, do not take your vehicle there. Charged me 91 dollars to tell me my Transmission was whining (really I can hear that already) and that my oil needs to be changed (isn't that what my sticker from Jiffy lube says in my window) Then when I try reason with them they tell me there going to keep my vehicle until I pay and as soon as I pay the 91 bucks they told me to go F myself. Never will deal with this place ever ever again. Please for the love of God do not take your car there, its a freaking SCAM!!!!! the 10% discount doesn't even work they factor that into the cost already and just charge more. 91 bucks to tell me what I told them I needed fixed. Worst service ever...... NO STARS (I had to put at least a 1 star just to submit this but I wouldn't have even put that down if this would let me)

Watch out for SCAM! Do not take your auto there, you will be sooooooooooooooooo sorry. Premier transmission Company post their own reviews and rated high online. Don't fall for it. Check their rating on Better Business Bureau before you even let them touch your car.

I got a quote to repair my tranny. I went back after he took the tranny out and went over the internals. The them tried to jack the price up. He then told me he was having problems getting a planet and rungs for my transmission. I called a relative and he found it in 10 minutes or less. I drove over an hr each way to get it. It took 4 days. When I went to leave from there to go home 600 plus miles,I got in my truck and something was wrong right away. I went back in and asked for the parts he took out and he didn’t have them. He then begged me to let him make it right and put the new solenoids in. He said he was putting oem solenoids then he said reamanned. I actually caught the guy after he took my money. He spent another hour or so doing something??? He said they were replaced but I’m still having the same issues. The past couple weeks I’ve been talking to the new shop supervisor Tom that said 2 weeks ago that he would send the solenoids to my local mechanic. No luck. I called again and gave him my address to send to me so I know I’ll get them and again no such luck. He has offered to take the tranny out and go through it again at no charge. I’m 600 plus miles away and have given them several chances to make up for being thieves. If That were my wife stuck there and they did the work, she wouldn’t of known any better and got stuck halfway home in the middle of nowhere. If you want honest people that do good work DONT go here. Randy is a thief that got caught red handed. I should of called the cops while I was there. Since they won’t get back to me and resolved this via refund of oem solenoids or sending them, I’ve filed complaints in the auto industry and the BBB. Next time I go up I’ll have all my paperwork and am considering filing a police report. Consumer affairs has a ton of negative stuff on this shop. If you go there I warned you. I’m still trying to get this resolved. I’m as of now stepping it up and going a legal rout.
