My car has 2 cats, a front one and a back one, so i asked which one was leaking. The women got an attitude and really became a b****. She pulled the same BS with me that she pulled with the review by Heather, saying they are closing early and if I wanted my car I had to come get it soon. I just don't feel these are the most honest of people. Seems like when they get questioned about specifics by people who know what they are talking about, they pivot to attitude and defense, opposed to logical answers and discussions. I know (because I am in a job that involves customer service) that dealing with the public can be difficult, but if you can't do it, go find something else to do. No one forced you to into this role.

After going ahead and completeing this service I was notified about the leak and told the mechanic didn't feel comfortable about fixing the leak, so an appointment was made for the following week when a head mechanic would be on duty. I noticed a bolt had been broken off on the rear differential casing which ntb tried to slide by me but once I confronted them they claimed the mechanic didn't mention he broke the bolt but they would fix it the next week at my next appointment. After being there for five hours to do what I was told would be a 30 minute job I went home. After 5 days of thinking about how I was treated I decided to take my car to Aamco to have the leak fixed. The mechanic at Aamco told me they should not have changed the differential fluid because they had to drain it all back out to be able to fix the leak. So after paying to have the differential fluid changed and having the mechanic break a bolt off and not mention it to anyone I now have my car in capable hands. I say capable hands because it turns out the leak wasn 't caused by what ntb told me and was going to fix. So again it would have been another wasted payment this time having them fix something that wasn't even the problem. Needless to say never going back to ntb
