I could not agree more with the other review - what ever you do, Do Not use this repair shop. My transmission leaked fluid from the start and then 3 weeks or so later my vehicle made a weird noise which was not the case prior to having them work on my car. They had my vehicle for a week and then advised me that they could not determine the cause but for additional money they could dig deeper - I refused and took my car to a friend who owns his own garage in Philly and he advised that my "Flex Plate was cracked and it likely happened as a result of them not bolting my trans down properly (my friend found that 2 out of 4 bolts missing from my factory installed transmission and motor). to make matters worse 2 months in and now my vehicle does not go beyond 20 mikes per hour - what's sad is, I don't have confidence in this shop to make the repairs correctly - Don't use this shop!

I made an appointment for a groupon I had purchased. It included an oil change, tire rotation, brake and wheel alignment check, plus a hand car wash. I was informed my alignment was off, so I purchased the wheel alignment. My tire rotation couldn t be completed because I didn t have my wheel lock key, my fault. It took them TWO hours to complete an oil change and wheel alignment for a scheduled appointment! Entirely too long! They didn t even hand wash my car. Who knows what else they didn t complete. They didn t leave any desire for me to return. It was a #$%$ poor job accompanied with an underwhelming sales associate. Unacceptable. Non-existent customer service. Will never return. DO NOT trust them, Do Not go there!

Terrible service, overpriced. Up charge for parts and at least $100 more for labor than other places in the area. Avoid at all costs

If I could rate 0 stars I would. The place is a rip off. Stay away. The owner bought it out a few years ago after he ran his other business Transco transmissions in Hatboro. I brought my car to have my transmission rebuilt with out knowing it was not owned by Bill Holt anymore. They did not rebuild my transmission correctly and I had to bring my car back 5 times in the course of a year because the tranny kept slipping. Each time they claimed it was something new altogether and not covered by the warranty. I was with out my car for weeks after each visit. One time my car broke down in the mountains and I had to pay $500 to have it towed to their shop after they refused to pick it up. The owner (who works on the transmissions) is never their and never returns your call. You have to deal with manager who has no real decision authority. They have an F with BBB for obvious reasons. I have never been so unsatisfied as a customer and I wouldn't wish the same frustration on anyone

As someone who works in the car world and is very cautious when it comes to mechanics, I can say hands down these guys are the best! Everyone I met was friendly, helpful, patient and went out of their way for me. The work required for my car required a lot of investigation to discover the issue and could have cost thousands to fix, but Bill researched a more affordable resolution that got the job done and hopefully will prevent the issue from arising again! If you need anything done, be it a simple oil change or a huge, complex job Milex is the place to bring your vehicle. I will never go anywhere else and when someone needs a mechanic this is where I will send them. Thanks Bill & Kimmy, you guys are brilliant!
