Great experience! I picked up my Range Rover today after a six-working day turn around on some nasty scrapes on the passenger side and a few on the driver's side taillight. The shop was able to buff some of the scrapes out, resulting in less work and cost. Dominic was very upfront about costs and very communicative. Any questions were answered immediately and the final cost was slightly less than the estimate. I appreciated his friendly attitude and excellent work on my vehicle. My Range Rover looks great. You'd never know there was damage. I will be a repeat customer (or hopefully not... but accidents happen). Thanks!

My front passenger fender was dented in a hit-and-run and I took it to Monroe Auto Body to be fixed. When I went to pick it up the fender was crooked and the new silver paint was much darker then the neighboring body panels. I was told that the fender could not be straightened without replacing it, but they agreed to repaint the fender and the neighboring body panels to match. Today, the fender is straight, but is still much darker than the neighboring front bumper. They told me that I was "unpleasable" and advised me to take it elsewhere. I am the first owner of this Acura, purchased 11/2010 and this is the first body work I have had done. In repairing it I had hoped it would look like new again, and am very disappointed that it doesn't.

Fantastic service here. As a female, I dread walking into places auto or engine related. Joe was amazing. Honest, skilled and fast. A good American working hard and providing excellent service. Can't recommend him enough!!
