I stopped by with slow leak nail in tire. They were extremely busy near end of day and they still found time to fix tire and send me on my way. This has been our and our daughters go to garage for years. They are always so friendly and their prices are very hard to match anywhere I have been in my many years of car repair bills. I trust their honesty in what needs done and what can wait and that is a big relief because too many garages try to fix things that do not really need to be done just to make a buck. I will be dropping off our van for inspection very soon.

Grove Motors is a fantastic place to get good mechanical work done on your car no matter what kind you have. They are always friendly and their service is great! If you ever get into a conversation with Harry, he has great stories! Anyway, this place has always been very good to me, and Dave takes great care for his emloyees and his customers!The work is always reliable and the quality is great! I find that this palce is run with character such as integity, honesty and forthrightness. These qualities are becoming more rare these days and it is a treasure to find these qualities at a garage. Dave always takes the time to show me and tell me what is wrong with my car so that I am a little better educated. He also tries hard to work around my work schedule in order for me to miss as little work as possible. I really appreciate that! I would recommend this place to everyone. Insp. on relatives car that shouldn't have passed inspect. because of bad brakes (but schwebach said brakes 75% good & passed inspect.), which could have been deadly if not corrected by another station. He also was to fix customer complaints (that didn't get fixed) but schwebach said were fixed & they were charged $289. Three months later customer took car to another State Insp. Station because complaints weren't fixed by schwebach & new ststion told her brakes are so bad can't drive car (the bad brakes was what was causing the complaints from owner). New station charged $400+ to fix the complaints owner was making which were bad brakes making the noises. Car wasn't driven enough to cause bad brakes in that amount of time, schwebach even admitted that brakes couldn't get that bad in 3 months for the small amount that the car was driven. Schwebach was asked to refund $289. charged for fixing complaint he didn't fix & for not fixing bad brakes when he should have seen them bad & he refused to refund any amount. Everything was fixed when taken to the other station & paid $400.+. $400.+ should not have had to been charged & paid for by owner @ the new station if schwebach would have fixed everything complained about by customer in the beginning. Owner is filing a Consumer Complaint w/ Attorney General's Office in Harrisburg & also the Pa. State Police took filed complaint & is investigating for inspecting a car that should not have passed inspection w/ obvious bad brakes (we have all documents to back up complaints on schwebach). He is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE person to deal w/ when taking this complaint to him to be resolved THAT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH & I worked in Customer Service for over 30 yrs. in Motor Vehicle Dept. in Harrisburg, so I KNOW WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT W/ THIS PROBLEM, that's why we are filing everywhere we can to avoid another person having a problem like we had or having an accident because of schwebach's bad workmanship. He shouldn't be allowed to get away w/ extrememly bad work performance that could have horrific consequences.

I have three old cars with lots of problems and frequently one of the cars was in the shop for repairs. They did high quality work. They provided free loaner cars while my cars were being repaired. Above all they care about their customers, have served our country, and are very involved in the local community by sponsoring organizations like the Chidrens Miracle Network. Earlier this year I was on my way to attend my daughter's college graduation in Harrisburg. On the way our van with nine people in it broke down on Rt. 83. I called Meineke. They immediately arranged for a tow, came and picked all of us up and soon we were on our way to the graduation in the loaner cars they provided for us. We were able to make it to the graduation on time. This is just one of many instances where they have gone above and beyond to help me. They are honest, reliable, provide excellent service and above all care about you the customer. I have used many different auto repair shops in my lifetime, but none have come close to the service I have received from them.
