Sam at first was extremely kind. I later realized that was only to reel me in. There was still issues with my truck after they fixed it . I called Sam he made me wait a solid week until he looked at it again , hE said they found nothing wrong with it. I called him again 3 days later still complaining there’s something wrong with my truck. He made me wait another week to look at it, charged me again. To say they found nothing wrong it after They drove it four times. 1.5 weeks later I called Sam from the Highway, basically broke down. I was only able to literally drive under 5 mph. I told him my truck was smoking and was making the same noise I’ve been complaining about. I explained to him the smell that was coming from my truck along with where the smoke was coming from. How amazing Sam knew exactly what the problem was, yet he’s been telling me for weeks nothing was wrong with my truck. The problem was my brake was stuck and hanging down, the truck got so hot it melted my calibers etc Sam was charging me over $1300 to fix it. I asked him if he could take some money off beings though I had my truck in there two more times AFTER they fixed it complaining about the way it was driving and the noise it was making. He refused!! Don’t trust them! Their crooks!!! I called another mechanic shop. Explained what needed to be fixed according to Kirkwood auto. My truck was towed from there and towed to Sevy’s auto who fixed it for under $800.00 Don’t trust Kirkwood auto they are crooks. I asked for the old parts they fixed and they said they couldn’t find them. Yea sure. Like I believed that

I went to Ron's because my nextdoor neighbor recomended them to me. WOW, I AM SO IMPRESSED!!!! I came in for 4 new tires and an alignment. I asked them to give the car a quick check out. Dimitry found a split axle boot and a bad ball joint. I was prepared to leave it for a day or two to have it repaired, but instead they ordered the parts and got me done same day. I would recommend this repair facility to everyone. They are very knowledgeable and explain things clearly. I had been having a check engine light issue and had been to two other repair facilities without any success. Susquehanna Valley Fleet & Auto was able to figure out the issue and repair it at a fair price.

Horrible Horrible Horrible service in the body shop. My car was rear-ended, I was advised to take it to LLM, BIG mistake. They didn't put 2 giant bolts in the bottom of the car that hold the car to the frame just because they couldn't get the holes to line up. That's a hazard! They put the wheels on crooked. It's been in the shop twice because nothing was done right the first time, and it's STILL not right. The result is that I have a car that with almost $10k worth of repairs done, that's more then what the car is worth!! Thanks for screwing me over LLM! Do NOT take your car here. They have retarded MONKEYS working in their garage!

My temp tag ran out on 4/26/21 and the check engine light came on last week. I am trying to get a extension on the temp tag because I have to get it transferred to Maryland where I live. I do not know how to go about getting another temp tag or a extension until I can get this fixed and get into the mva also.

Was searching for a 2012 VW Jetta Sportwagen TDI online and saw Huber's listed on the USAA and Carguru websites. Only problem was it was almost 2 hours away! The car's pictures, description and detail on the website made me give them a call. Eric Reder filled me in on the details over the phone and stressed how much work they put into the car before putting it on the lot. I was surprised to hear that because the car only had 36,000 miles on it! He also said that the car looks better in person than in pictures (he was right!). I drove out and met with Eric Huber and immediately hit it off with him- we are both VW guys. The car looked showroom condition (my wife said several times she can't believe its not new) but Huber's went over the car and performed all of the 40,000 mile services on it. The car is only at 36,000 miles! The point is, I think they could have just vacuumed it, washed it, put 2 tires on it and put it for sale, but Eric explained that most of his customers come there for follow up service and if I came back for the next oil change at 40,000 miles and he hit me with VW's recommended 40,000 mile service charge, I would undoubtedly be P.O'd since I just bought the car. And he's right. Eric showed me the list of all the work performed and gave me a copy for my records. Very impressed with that kind of thinking. Huber's is a full service car repair facility that also sells high quality used cars and they put good cars on the lot to keep their customers happy so they'll come back for service. Worked out well for me!
