Brought my Toyota Tacoma in for a new clutch when I got it back the 4wd was not working. They clam not to have anything to do with not working but it worked for me the week I brought the truck in for the clutch. Just stop working not their fault they said so I would have to pay to get it fix. They charged me $600 for a part I could get from a part supplier for $250-- charge me $1000 for the repair on top of the $1600 for the clutch. I trusted them and boy did I pay for it. they had my truck for over ten day thanks guys

Our auto repair shop in Swarthmore, PA is our newest location, opened in March 2023. Although this shop is new to Delaware County, our team has been serving the Delaware Valley area for over 36 years. This place has changed a lot. It is not the same as when I first started coming. Under new management, and I noticed new employees also. The service just isn’t as great as before; it has gone down. There’s no more friendliness or professionalism. When you ask a question, it feels like they either don’t know the answer or just refuse to answer and give you a blank stare. It’s so sad when companies go from good to bad because people just don’t care about their customers or clients anymore. But I will not be bringing my business there anymore. It is so sad to see this place go downhill. I wish you guys luck in the near future.

The folks at Extra Mile always do an excellent and thorough job of keeping my 10 year old Nissan running like new. And they always manage to perform maintenance/repairs quickly and efficiently on MY schedule.
