Terrible service, overpriced. Up charge for parts and at least $100 more for labor than other places in the area. Avoid at all costs

I asked Jeremy to look at a friends air conditioner that wasn't staying cold. He took time out of his busy schedule, and didn't charge us anything as well. It has remained cold without any additional work needed. They are always very nice, helpful any very reasonably priced!!!!

My family and I have been taking our car there for over 20 years. The owner, Randy, is the best. His prices are a little more expensive than other places, but he always gets to the root of the problem and he is trustworthy. Routinely, he tells us when we can wait to get a service done or if we don't need to do it at all. In the end, this saved us a ton of money.

I've been going to this shop since it opened. I would not go anywhere else for transmission issues. Bill is a very honest businessman who knows the value of repeat customers. His prices are excellent and he stands behind his work.

I want to say first this Shop was so friendly and helpful. I had got in car accident on Sunday. Called them Monday morning and my guy who I deal with, was out sick, so the Girl at the front desk, Cat got my car over to their shop right away! I even had the wrong phone number! I call the fax machine & Cat knew to call me back... Anyway, the whole experience was seamless, professional, and easy! They even dealt with my insurance company! This transmission shop treated me with full respect. I am a single woman who is somewhat intimidated by mechanic shops and they were honest and reliable. I recieved an estimate from another repair shop for 2400.00 + tax and discount tranny's repaird my car for 200.00 and it runs wonderful!

I have been bringing my car to Dion for 6 years now, and have always been satisfied with the work done on my vehicle, and the price. They really work with you, and make sure you they explain what's being done to your vehicle too; and that means alot to me. Horrible service! Took it for a diagnostic they ended up taking my whole car apart which I wasn't aware of felt like I had no choice but to fix the problem with them price was originally around $600 ended up with a bill of almost $2000 and to top it off they left grease stains all over my car in and out
