I made an appointment for a groupon I had purchased. It included an oil change, tire rotation, brake and wheel alignment check, plus a hand car wash. I was informed my alignment was off, so I purchased the wheel alignment. My tire rotation couldn t be completed because I didn t have my wheel lock key, my fault. It took them TWO hours to complete an oil change and wheel alignment for a scheduled appointment! Entirely too long! They didn t even hand wash my car. Who knows what else they didn t complete. They didn t leave any desire for me to return. It was a #$%$ poor job accompanied with an underwhelming sales associate. Unacceptable. Non-existent customer service. Will never return. DO NOT trust them, Do Not go there!

Not recommended at all. Horrible service. OVERPRICED. Go in for a tune-up and am told engine needs replacing???? What's up with that? Tom Matthews was very abrupt with us. Basically told us, we owed him $250 for a tune up without even letting us know price first but engine would only last a month or so. Disagree with Marlene for sure - NOT honest, polite or caring at all.
