Nelson, the owner, is a great person. He's always easy to talk to and is very kind to his customers. The prices at Austin's are good. This is the best shop in Bethlehem.

Cost was over $2,800. That is way too expensive for tires, brakes, inspection, and a tail light, nearly twice what I would have paid at my usual mechanic. As well, your shecanic didn't clear the dashboard codes so as soon as I drove 2 miles the dashboard warning light came on for the tires. Had to miss more work, return to your shop, to hear a lame excuse from your shecanic and to hear Jenny tell me "We aren't cheap" when I complained the cost was way too high. I told you on my very first visit last month that I was looking for a mechanic that could be trusted by my wife. You aren't it.

I came in to get my E-brakes fixed on my Hyundai Santa Fe thinking they needed to be replaced and cost a bunch of money. I have had John maintaining my autos and trucks for many years. I am 40 minutes away now and still have all my work done by John at Angel Car Care. He has found solutions that the dealer and others could not find. I drive the distance for expert, honest, and fairly priced service. I had a boat engine that sounded off and had John listen to it. He said it was the timing chain and should be replaced asap. As it was under warrantee I took it to the dealer and they said nothing was wrong. Six weeks later I was dead in the water and it was the timing chain. You will be pleased with the service you get at Angel Car Care.

This place is reliable, honest, neither slow nor fast, and is economical. It is best to call them during working hours, describe the issue(s), and set an appointment for drop off. They allow you to drop the keys through a mail slot and leave your car if dropping off before they open. They call you if there are issues and when the auto is ready for pick up. They offer great services, at good prices, give decent estimates, and communicate any issues during the process. The only drawback is that Tom is kind of a curmudgeon. He is a very honest and trustworthy person, but is grumpy nine times out of ten. My wife and I have been going to Stephanou's for about seven years or so. They are awesome.
