Bought a new Indian motorcycle had it a year and two months. The bike had less than 200 miles on it. Started the bike 3 times. The battery went bad I was told it was out of warranty and was charged full price for a replacement. I felt they should replace the battery for free or at least a battery at cost. They lost my business also I posted how I felt on their site it appears they only post positive things said about them that speaks volumes about them!!

Factory bolts were missing and replaced with random bolts that were stripped. Had to go back and make repairs myself to have functioning front brakes. The front brake lever was returned to me broken in half because they dropped the bike. They did not want to admit fault regarding broken parts and shoddy workmanship. They offered absolutely no apology or reimbursement for time or expenses to repair the issues.

The owner, Abe Rhodes, has decades of experience with all kinds of motorcycles, and takes the kind of care with yours that makes you almost weep. Prices are way too low, he works well into the night and Saturdays, and does his best to make all his customers happy. Abe is also known as the DR Guy for his love and knowledge of Suzuki Dr 650s. Thanks to Abe I have 64,000 miles on mine and except for the occasional flat never had a mechanical issue. Do not go there, he needs time to ride once in a while!
