This station is awesome! Chris, the manager, is one of the best managers of a service station I have ever experienced. He is consistent, helpful, attentive,honest and treats everyone equally. He does not try and sell you what you don't need and backs up all his work. This place is definitely one of or the best service station in the area. Hats off to the owner for having a great employee like Chris!!!

These guys know what they are doing. On time service and affordable care for your auto, they went out of their way to make sure my issues were resolved. They balanced/aligned my ride better than any dealer will tell you they can do. They know how to service all makes and models, it is worth the trip even if you are not from the Monroe area. What an outstanding, ideal, model mechanic and business! After much research and speaking with several mechanics and repair techs, I found Walko Automotive to be the best solution to my bad hybrid battery. Walko Automotive helped replace my 2007 Toyota Prius battery in less than 2 hrs for THE MOST reasonable price. They offered a two year warranty and with their already outstanding business history, Master Tech certifications with hybrid vehicles (and any vehicle really), and a positive, family-oriented atmosphere, they were sure to deliver in every way you would expect the best and most trustworthy mechanic should. DO NOT LET THIS BUSINESS TOW YOUR VEHICLE!!! First, they will gouge you and then when you attempt to have your vehicle picked up they will tell you they only take cash. This is from personal experience!! My car was in an accident. They towed it to their lot ($85 + $25 per day storage). Then they wanted $300 to tow it 50 miles. I found someone to do it for $175. I call to pay them with a credit card because I am stuck at home with no car and they tell me they only take cash for towing. I have no car so how I am I supposed to pay cash?? They take credit card for repairs!! This was on a Friday so no doubt their hope was I wouldn't get the car and then I would have had to pay them another $75 for weekend storage (Sat, Sun & Mon). This business owner has no SCRUPLES or ETHICS!! If they do this to someone in my situation imagine what they will do to you. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

I could not agree more with the other review - what ever you do, Do Not use this repair shop. My transmission leaked fluid from the start and then 3 weeks or so later my vehicle made a weird noise which was not the case prior to having them work on my car. They had my vehicle for a week and then advised me that they could not determine the cause but for additional money they could dig deeper - I refused and took my car to a friend who owns his own garage in Philly and he advised that my "Flex Plate was cracked and it likely happened as a result of them not bolting my trans down properly (my friend found that 2 out of 4 bolts missing from my factory installed transmission and motor). to make matters worse 2 months in and now my vehicle does not go beyond 20 mikes per hour - what's sad is, I don't have confidence in this shop to make the repairs correctly - Don't use this shop!
