THE ONLY ISSUE I have with them is that the time it takes to get your car back can vary. Due to their impeccable knowledge they are constantly working on a new project. But don't dismay you will not be disappointed when your vehicle is done. Remember this is a VOLKSWAGEN, AUDI shop. not a Pepboys. if you want fast/cheap labor go to a commercial mechanic.
