I've been going to Hughes Auto Service for over 2 years now and can't say enough good things about them! They always do a great job and are extremely honest with me. I have an 18 year old Saturn which has been very good to me, but occasionally needs service. They always correct the problem and explain to me exactly what the car needed. They always call me before making any repairs to get my approval!!! That is very important to me. All the mechanics and the owner, John, are wonderful, hard working, honest people!!! I had a very rude experience with Russ the owner. Charged for repairs that were never done to my car. Returned several time for follow ups to the same problems only to receive an annoyed answers from him and no further actions on their part. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!
