It was late afternoon and it was raining outside, had an important app't to get to. Live just a few blocks away and discovered my tire was almost flat. I popped my head in the door of the service station and asked them if they could put some air in my tire. This very sarcastic young man said, we are really busy, I am going to have to say no! not a good impression when I was considering taking my car there for servicing and it would have been within walking distance. You may have been busy, but how long does it take to put air in someone's tire. Luckily I made it to a place down the street and they were more than happy to help me. Learn some manners young man! It could be you some day, needing some air in your tire.

I've been looking for a fair and reasonable garage since moving into the area. I believe I have found it in Test N Tune. I took my 2015 jeep in to have tires put on and an inspection performed. A dealer told me I needed a ton of repairs to a jeep with less than 24,000 miles on it. The guys at Test N Tune set everything right and for a reasonable price. -Cody Fulton

I utilized Foster's for my 70K service. Scheduling was easy, and they were quick. Their labor rate is about $20 or more on the hour less than Rahal Lexus. I shall return!

Great place Jim and Jody hooked us up on a friday while driving to a campground and our check engine light came on. Did a google search and found them. It was a o2 sensor that came up on the computer. Got replaced in a half and hour and we were on our way. 9 months later still no light and the truck gets better gas mileage. We price checked with the dealership and it was half the price than what they wanted. This garage is mechanicsburg's best keep secret. I take all of our cars there now. Terrible service. They promised to do a simple check before 10am. We had to call twice after 10am before they finally did the work. They charged us $64 for checking two tires and doing absolutely no work. This is highway robbery.

I am an outraged customer who took my car to Franklins to get my battery replaced. Not only was the wrong battery installed, but it was also mounted incorrectly despite obvious signs of this problem. The plastic clip on top would not even latch to close. When I got home and lifted the hood, LOOSE PARTS WERE SITTING BESIDE THE BATTERY, and the corrosion on the terminals was not cleaned. To top off this wonderful experience, the replacement inspection stickers that were placed on my car were incorrect, and I really enjoyed cleaning grease from the inside of my car. I was assured that these mistakes were not reflective of Franklin’s reputation. I admit – I may not know much about cars, but I do know that I do NOT trust Franklins with my vehicle and will not be a returning customer.
