Awesome guys at Cartech! Mike and Rich treat you like family. A great deal of experience between the two of them and they keep a clean shop which in that line of work is hard to do. HORRIBLE management and HORRIBLE customer service. Make sure to stop in if you'd love to get a slashed tire, and a whole lot of attitude from the staff! Manager literally yelled at me in front of other customers, and then made me pay full price again for a tire 3 days after I got a deflating one from them.. Oh and opened 3 hours late, and made me wait 2 hours on top of that while they helped everyone else pulling up before me. About as ghetto as their name sounds. Wouldn't recommend to my enemies.

This shop is unkept, dirty, and the staff refused to wait on us had us waiting and asking for their service, they and blew us off and refused to sell us tires. The state/borough and county needs to come to do an inspection of this shop, there appears to be some shady people hanging around this shop, a man spent a lot of time asking me what church I belonged to and trying to send us off elsewhere. I say buyer BEWARE!

Unprofessional, cocky attitude, and just plain ignorant counter people. They need some serious customer service training. This company used to have a good name (years ago and not this location). Drive elsewhere people to get your car fixed. Don't make a mistake like I did. NEVER AGAIN. I will be telling everyone I know about the nonsense I went through.
