John is an honest mechanic which itself makes him so special! The front of my car was making this weird sound and my dealership not only misdiagnosed this problem but did a poor job fixing it. John told me exactly what was going on with my car and what needed to be taken care of immediately and things that could wait until later. Make sure you get written documentation of what they will be doing and how much they intend to charge you for it, even if you just need an estimate!!! They claim good quality, but the only evidence is the exceedingly high prices!!! They WILL try to rope you into "choosing" them to do the work (with hidden fees if you don't), even if their estimate is twice as much as someone else. They talk a good game, but that's because they have practice doing what they do!!! Don't be fooled by their "helpfulness," it's all part of the scam!
