I took my car in for a noise while it was in gear. They told me I needed a new transmission. After they installed it my car was still making the same noise. Bob said it needed an "adjustment and needed my car an extra day. Major inconvenience! When asked what adjustment was needed he was very vague and never did tell me. A year later my car was making the same noise. I took it to another mechanic who said it was not the transmission and a simple cooling system repair fixed the problem! The cost of replacing the transmission was $3,000.00. The cost to fix the cooling system was $20.00. I was ripped off for $3,000.00! Stay away from this shop, I wish I would have read all the bad reviews online about this guy before going there! Had to choose one star, should be negative 100 stars!

I asked Jeremy to look at a friends air conditioner that wasn't staying cold. He took time out of his busy schedule, and didn't charge us anything as well. It has remained cold without any additional work needed. They are always very nice, helpful any very reasonably priced!!!!

My family and I have been taking our car there for over 20 years. The owner, Randy, is the best. His prices are a little more expensive than other places, but he always gets to the root of the problem and he is trustworthy. Routinely, he tells us when we can wait to get a service done or if we don't need to do it at all. In the end, this saved us a ton of money.

I've been going to this shop since it opened. I would not go anywhere else for transmission issues. Bill is a very honest businessman who knows the value of repeat customers. His prices are excellent and he stands behind his work.

I want to say first this Shop was so friendly and helpful. I had got in car accident on Sunday. Called them Monday morning and my guy who I deal with, was out sick, so the Girl at the front desk, Cat got my car over to their shop right away! I even had the wrong phone number! I call the fax machine & Cat knew to call me back... Anyway, the whole experience was seamless, professional, and easy! They even dealt with my insurance company! This transmission shop treated me with full respect. I am a single woman who is somewhat intimidated by mechanic shops and they were honest and reliable. I recieved an estimate from another repair shop for 2400.00 + tax and discount tranny's repaird my car for 200.00 and it runs wonderful!

I have been bringing my car to Dion for 6 years now, and have always been satisfied with the work done on my vehicle, and the price. They really work with you, and make sure you they explain what's being done to your vehicle too; and that means alot to me. Always, very professional and respectful, and that's something that is welcoming. I feel like part of the aamco family, after 6 years of coming here. If you need a repair, I definitely recommend Aamco Frankford Ave. Just ask for Dion, and him and his staff will make sure to get you taken care of.

Horrible service! Took it for a diagnostic they ended up taking my whole car apart which I wasn't aware of felt like I had no choice but to fix the problem with them price was originally around $600 ended up with a bill of almost $2000 and to top it off they left grease stains all over my car in and out

It is a shame that the service through out this location is not the same. We have purchased two new cars from them and where more than happy with the service until we had to deal with the service department. One of our cars (with less than 12,000 miles one it) it had a diffected tire (Michelin) with a huge crack running for more than 3". We went to the Express Service Area so they can check the tire and only we were not serviced, but we were treated very very poorly from one of the managers (as he called himself) and accused us of trying to get a brand new tire for FREE. The whole situation was laughable because we had purchased the car cash and the cost of tire was nothing but they didn't want to bother to open a claim for us. We contacted Michelin directly where advised to go to NTB where the service was great and the tire was changed immediately because it was a manufacture diffect and at no cost to us. I hope the Sloan Honda in future has better people working for them because we will never step foot in there.
