I am an outraged customer who took my car to Franklins to get my battery replaced. Not only was the wrong battery installed, but it was also mounted incorrectly despite obvious signs of this problem. The plastic clip on top would not even latch to close. When I got home and lifted the hood, LOOSE PARTS WERE SITTING BESIDE THE BATTERY, and the corrosion on the terminals was not cleaned. To top off this wonderful experience, the replacement inspection stickers that were placed on my car were incorrect, and I really enjoyed cleaning grease from the inside of my car. I was assured that these mistakes were not reflective of Franklin’s reputation. I admit – I may not know much about cars, but I do know that I do NOT trust Franklins with my vehicle and will not be a returning customer.

Terrible service. They promised to do a simple check before 10am. We had to call twice after 10am before they finally did the work. They charged us $64 for checking two tires and doing absolutely no work. This is highway robbery.

December 30, 2020, my wife and I were on our way to North Carolina to visit our daughter. About 180 miles into our trip our alternator burnt out. Because I thought the issue was a faulty battery, I called AAA for a battery service. The tech determined the alternator was the issue. She could not recommend a nearby mechanic and said we'd be hard pressed to get service given the New Years holiday. Not being from the Carlisle, PA area, we decided to conduct a Google search and found T&M Automotive was about a 1/2 mile away. Turns out they are a AAA approved shop. Go figure why the AAA tech didn't know them! We spoke with Henrik who agreed to help us out. They were amazing!!! Henrik was able to get the required part, had his tech install it, test drove it and got us back on the road 3 hours later. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent. They could have easily charged us more and we would have had to pay it given our situation. If you live in the Carlisle area, I highly recommend you use T&M Automotive for your car care. I would recommend this repair facility to everyone. They are very knowledgeable and explain things clearly. I had been having a check engine light issue and had been to two other repair facilities without any success. Susquehanna Valley Fleet & Auto was able to figure out the issue and repair it at a fair price.

Horrible Horrible Horrible service in the body shop. My car was rear-ended, I was advised to take it to LLM, BIG mistake. They didn't put 2 giant bolts in the bottom of the car that hold the car to the frame just because they couldn't get the holes to line up. That's a hazard! They put the wheels on crooked. It's been in the shop twice because nothing was done right the first time, and it's STILL not right. The result is that I have a car that with almost $10k worth of repairs done, that's more then what the car is worth!! Thanks for screwing me over LLM! Do NOT take your car here. They have retarded MONKEYS working in their garage!
