Brought my car in for service, it was in the shop for two days to replace front struts and some other work. When I drove the car home, I noticed the wheel alignment was off. The alignment wasn't included in the final estimate. I called the shop and they said I could come back in first thing in the morning. Went back the next day and they put the car right up on the lift, did the wheel alignment, and didn't charge me! I was ok with paying for it, and was just happy they took me right in with no wait. I bought a car from these guys last year and have had problems with starting it from about 3 months into my lease. Their mechanic "fixed it" 4 times. Kept having same problems every time, and now I just had to leave it in a friend's driveway because it wouldn't start again. If I call Charge-a-Car, they just nonchalantly tell me "call the mechanic". Their mechanic, their "trusted" guy, is an absolute nimrod who couldn't fix a car if his life depended on it. I would rather walk for the rest of my life than buy a car from these guys again, and not only would I not recommend Sellersville Charge-a-Car to my friends, I would explicitly warn them to never set foot in this place no matter how desperate they were for a car.
