Earlier this year I was on my way to attend my daughter's college graduation in Harrisburg. On the way our van with nine people in it broke down on Rt. 83. I called Meineke. They immediately arranged for a tow, came and picked all of us up and soon we were on our way to the graduation in the loaner cars they provided for us. We were able to make it to the graduation on time. This is just one of many instances where they have gone above and beyond to help me. This man is the most honest genuine mechanic I have ever met. He was able to diagnose my problem over the phone, then when I bought it in anyway he was absolutely right! The part that is impressive is, the problem was my front tires, he did not charge me any money when I offered, he gave me lots of helpful advice. I can not believe that there are still people like Tim around, no wonder everybody takes there vehicle to him, and although he is always busy, he will get you scheduled in very quickly!
