Took my van here to have the rear end checked out. It was making a funny noise. He put it on the rack and found that the bearing was bad. He called my warranty company and had everything taken care of within a few hours. The garage was clean and heinz is very nice. I will definitely be going back for any other maintenance on my vehicles.

Went to this aamco, with what I thought was a transmission problem. However it was actually a speed sensor problem not only did they fix my problem with efficiency, they saved me a lot of money on a needless repair. I had an appointment for an inspection. They said I had a leak at my catalytic converter. My car has 2 cats, a front one and a back one, so i asked which one was leaking. The women got an attitude and really became a b****. She pulled the same BS with me that she pulled with the review by Heather, saying they are closing early and if I wanted my car I had to come get it soon. I just don't feel these are the most honest of people. Seems like when they get questioned about specifics by people who know what they are talking about, they pivot to attitude and defense, opposed to logical answers and discussions. I know (because I am in a job that involves customer service) that dealing with the public can be difficult, but if you can't do it, go find something else to do. No one forced you to into this role.

Had this problem at 3 other local shops and was out over 1400 dollars only to be let down with no repair. I was very disgruntled until a co worker mentioned this shop. Made the appointment and dropped it off thinking this will be another upset until I got the call... THE SAME MORNING!!!! They found 2 wires shorting together when I hit certain bumps and repair was 110 bucks out the door. Customer for life!! Thanks guys!! Kerri
